| N O R M A L T Y P E is designed to be a typography with no fixed shape. We thought it was important to introduce motion in it as soon as possible. So now, it comes with the same parameters as in the previous version, but also a 'step sequencer' so you can create animation loops to then export as animated GIFs! |
N O R M A L T Y P E a été conçue comme une typographie sans aspect fixe. Nous avons donc pensé qu'il était capital d'offrir des options d'animation. En plus des paramètres déjà présents dans la dernière mouture, un 'séquenceur' a été ajouté, afin de créer des boucles animées, exportables en GIF !

If you're in Paris on October 2nd, make sure to come by the Mutinerie. On the occasion of Processing Paris' October Session, you can see us talk about "how information can give meaning to the esthetics of your grandmother's jacket". It's going to be in french, though.
We will be presenting some work of ours to introduce the notion of 'semantic parametricism', followed by a programming workshop on Processing. Link to the event |
Si vous êtes à Paris le 2 octobre, venez faire un tour à la Mutinerie. A l'occasion de la session d'octobre de Processing Paris, vous pourrez nous voir en conférence sur le thème de "comment l'information peut donner un sens à l'esthétique du veston de ta grand-mère".
